Guess who’s firing up the smoker again in Portland, Oregon?

We’re super stoked to announce we’re coming back and we will be at the 23rd and Alberta pod, slated to open in late May.

Our hearts belong in the city that first embraced us.

The last few years I’ve been lucky enough to go on a few BBQ tours that have influenced a new evolution of our menu that balances Texas BBQ tradition and innovation with an inspired new sandwich menu and more.

Collab time! Collab time! It’s all going down Tomorrow (and possibly Sunday!) with the awesome ladies at ! Stop by their cart at The Hawthorne Asylum and grab yourselves their popular Shan Noodle Salad (AKA Shan Kauk-Swal Thoke) with our Pork belly burnt ends! Their food is so fresh, flavorful and yummy if you haven’t tried them yet!
