This is a special bag of coffee. On sale at Capitola Coffee | PDX Coffee Shop and Wholesaler The Maragogype varietal from specialty producers La Bastilla Coffee is sweet and complex. The beans are noticeably larger and hold a lot of extra flavor. The cup when first brewed in is very nutty (think almond butter) and as it cools fruit and citrus flavors emerge.

It is still Brown Sugar Fennel latte season. If Grant makes it for you it might be pretty like this one.

This coffee is Bananas! 🍌 This is subtly sweet with banana flavors due to adding bananas to the coffee cherries during the fermentation stage of processing. Producer Jairo Arcila and the folks at have brought us this lovely coffee. It is sweet with a juicy body.
