Whew! Where does the time go!? Check in on the CaveFam. Still working on the book! Aiming for a Christmas 2021-ish drop. Pretty soon I’ll need some recipe testers so I’ll be updating about that soon! Fam is in the process of relocating to Texas to be closer to family. Pandemics really make you re-evaluate all those priorities and it seemed like now is our time. ❤️❤️❤️ so what does that mean for our Portland clients?! Well! Did you know that Brittany aka was swooped up by !!! You can still get all her goodies AND enjoy the paleo meal delivery from Full Belly as well! First draft for the cookbook in my office aka my kids bedroom. I’m aiming for 1000 words a day, but about what?! What do y’all want to know about as far as our backstory, the business backstory, our processes, or what?! I’m about 4000 words in soooooo lots more to go! ❤️❤️❤️

How to retire in two easy steps.
1️⃣ take your first ever family vacation to... exciting McMinnville! Stay at a farm in an rv and play with your babies a lot. ✔️
2️⃣ meh. Don’t retire. Write a cookbook instead. Include all your stories and snippets from owning your own business for nearly a decade. Soooooo yeah! That’s happening! Be on the lookout for a preorder campaign in the next few months!

Last day!!!! Open until 8! We’re fully stocked right now but will probably start running out of things soon! I’ve got some bonus and ultra cheap organic pantry staples in the retail area tonight - chia seeds, nutritional yeast, and cocoa powder... all like half off of what amazon charges. Come get some! What an outpouring of love and support! We’ve been overwhelmed with the response. We wouldn’t be here though without all of our vendors and suppliers. We’ve been so lucky to be able to help support SO many local businesses as part of our operation! We hope you’ll support them too now that we’re closing up shop.
❤️A big shout out to Hawley Ranch and Umpqua Valley Lamb (who don’t have instas) for our grass fed beef/lamb over the last several years!
❤️baked goods and treat makers (huge shout out here!!! Find her stuff at full belly fare beginning in august!!! (scd friendly donuts with the most beauuuutiful decoration) (straight up fudge... so good) (fun flavor cookies) (cakes and mini cakes/loaves!!!)

We love you guys! This has been such a wonderful ride these last 8 years and we’re so sad it’s over. Let’s make this more of a memorial and less of a funeral, yeah? And come say bye this week and buy all our stuff!!! ❤️
