Carne frita (fried pork) with a spiced tamarind aji glaze. It’s been a while since I’ve cooked for . When I had a sip of cold , I knew I had to make some carne frita to honor out time in Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 . When you’re eating Puerto Rican food it’s perfect to have a cold and smooth palate cleanser. .official

People behind 787 pdx! The ones that really make it happend all the time no matter what! My wife maria and my go to for everything MAya. Between movng back from Puerto Rico and dealing with hurricanes and new jobs has been hard to find the right time, but after the hollidays we will be starting our dinner/parties

Pronto estaremos anunciando fechas para cenas puertorriquenas! Pero bien puertorriqueñas! Mi nombre es Natalia Rodriguez, nacida y criada en Mayaguez 🇵🇷Soy chef y empece mis cenas en portland en el 2014 , entre trabajo, y sucesos de la vida cotidiana; la ultima cena fue en el 2017 y entre huracanes y otras cosas que han sucedido me tome mi tiempo para estar con mi familia en 🇵🇷 reflexionar, ayudar y ahora volver a trabajar en estas cenas pero evolucionando un poquito nuestra comida sin tocar lo tradicional.
