TIQA is owned by Maine native Carol Mitchell and long-time Mainer Deen Haleem. (She's from Waterville!) They created TIQA to share their family's Mediterranean heritage with guests. Sharing the region’s special flavors is a "Dream come true." There is something for every palate and diet at TIQA and all are welcome— there is no dress code. TIQA is open for lunch and dinner daily, plus Sunday brunch

. The kitchen’s open until 9pm Sunday to Wednesday and 10pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Guests can take advantage of complimentary valet on Friday and Saturday. Visit http://www.tiqa.net for menus, events and recipes to make at home.
