Dinner Menu | $50

Start with:
• Asari Miso Soup — sake-steamed clams, dashi, wakame
• Crispy Salmon Skin Salad — romaine, pickled carrot, radish, green onion, bonito

Then:
• Chef's Selection Nigiri with Yakumi
— tuna with tosa soy + ume aioli
— sockeye salmon with nikiri aioli, serrano + black pepper
— saba with bonito miso aioli, pickled ginger, green onion + lemon zest

Calling all curious minds inquiring about our new special dish, we’re taking a into our Hawaiian Kanpachi Crudo! 🥢

This bold dish highlights ASC Certified Hawaiian Kanpachi from our friends at Blue Ocean Mariculture with coconut curry emulsion, Fresno chile and topped with charred pineapple, cilantro oil and Thai Basil. If you’re a fan of flavor with a hint of heat, this is definitely up your alley.
