I actually served someone this drink once and they got super mad hehehe. FYI, corporate standard caramel macchiato is not offered at Tōv. However, if you want a similar flavor profile the you might like the little mermaid latte. It is a well balanced, not too sweet vanilla caramel latte with a hint of rose.
