Back when the flour flew a little higher and the pizzas came with a side of show 🍕

Old School Cibo, where the dough didn’t just get stretched… it got spun, twirled, and brought to life right in front of you. There was something special about those nights , a little chaos, a lot of heart, and pizza made with pure rhythm.

A throwback to the ones who made it more than just a meal… they made it an experience.

Our Venetian Bread Pudding is made the traditional way…using our fresh house bread, grappa soaked raisins, toasted pine nuts, dried figs, and sweet apples baked together into a warm, rustic dessert that feels like it came straight out of an Italian grandmother’s kitchen.

Carnaroli aged rice (7 years) cooked with a brown
stock onions and butter ( rich stock of beef, pork, and
chicken) then finished with Chanterelle mushrooms,
Gulf shrimp, onions, garlic, and fresh thyme. We use
