Why do BBQ restaurants serve bread? If you've eaten at a BBQ place, you'll notice it as a common side item. It's usually white bread. Other places source a standard white bread loaf. They do the job, a makeshift sandwich or slider, and mop up the sauce.

What sets Matt's BBQ apart is that we serve Dos Hermanos' Thick Cut Potato Bread. This bread does everything as described above, and it holds up! Next time you want to enhance your BBQ experience, grab a couple of slices.
