It’s FABRIKA FRIDAY and we are thrilled to share these beautiful images captured for by !! Get over there Thursday-Monday for PNW oysters, dumplings, Oregon seafood, and cocktails by that will absolutely KNOCK those socks right off your feet!
1: Rhubarb Vodka is here and Jamie is featuring in all the best ways, including the STUNNING Volga Monopoly: Kachka Rhubarb Vodka, strawberry Aperol, and Axta Blanco
2: Yes we’re serving the best of the best seafood ice cold and chilled over here, but let’s talk about another favorite option: FRIED. These are the Fried Oysters, breaded in panko + rye and served with shrimp remoulade (plus a lemon slice because of course!)
3. For the savory seekers, Feta-Tini is the ONE. Bulgarian feta-washed Beefeater gin, sundried tomato Cinzano Bianco, and tomato brine
4. CAVIAR, baby! If you think you don’t like caviar, maybe we can change your mind. We offer a selection of our favorites (at all price points) and each 28 gram option is served with potato chips and cucumber dip
5. $1 Nisqually Sweets on the half shell during oyster happy hour. 4-6pm every night we’re open!
