It's back. 💥

After five months, FUTURE Colombia Pink Bourbon from Lucido Díaz has finally returned.

This vibrant coffee is everything we remembered and more, with notes of cranberry, ginger ale, and a crisp finish that make every cup feel bright and refreshing. The perfect summertime sip.

A limited harvest worth getting your hands on.

This happened here.

In a community we know, love, and consider our own. A community that many of our staff call home.

Today, we're mourning the death of Joan Sebastian Guerrero. We hold his family, friends, and the people of Biddeford close in our hearts. We stand with Maine's immigrant community and everyone carrying grief, fear, and uncertainty.

No one should lose their life because of an immigration enforcement operation.

No family should have to wonder whether a loved one will come home.

No community should have to live with that kind of fear.

The people who have chosen to build their lives in Maine are our coworkers, our customers, our friends, and our neighbors. Many have followed the long and difficult path to live and work here legally. They have built businesses, raised families, and contributed to the communities we all call home.

They belong here.

We will not look away. We will not be quiet.

If you're able, we've linked a fundraiser for Joan Sebastian Guerrero's family in our bio and stories. It will help support his wife and young son and fulfill his family's wish to bring him home to Colombia to be laid to rest.

Please take care of one another. 💛

Before political commentary was common, Mercy Otis Warren used her writing to challenge those in power.

Her essays, plays, and criticism helped shape public debate during the American Revolution.

She believed democracy works best when citizens are willing to question authority.

Through Rebel Blend and the Rebel Blend Fund, we celebrate the spirit of curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking. Since 1998, the Rebel Blend Fund has supported Maine artists, organizations, and projects that spark conversation, build community, and encourage new ways of seeing the world.

This month, we're honoring a few of the rebels who helped shape America's story.

☕ Every pound of Rebel Blend sold contributes $1 to the Rebel Blend Fund.

As the nation was being founded, Abigail Adams urged her husband and the Continental Congress to consider women's rights in the new laws of the United States.

Though her advice was largely ignored at the time, her words became one of the earliest and most enduring calls for women's equality in America.

Her challenge helped lay the groundwork for generations of women who would continue the fight for a more inclusive democracy.

Before America became a nation of coffee drinkers, it was a nation of tea drinkers.

Then came the Boston Tea Party.

When colonists dumped more than 300 chests of British tea into Boston Harbor, they weren't just protesting a tax. They were making a statement about independence, representation, and the power to challenge the status quo.

In the years that followed, coffee became more than a beverage. It became a symbol of a new American identity.

More than 250 years later, that same spirit of curiosity and independent thinking continues to shape our communities.

32 years ago, Coffee By Design opened its doors with a simple belief that great coffee starts with great relationships.

Over the years, we've been fortunate to build those relationships with farmers who trust us with their harvests, artists who inspire our community, neighbors who stop in every morning, and friends we've met over countless cups of coffee. Together, they've helped shape who we are.

Looking back, we're proud of what we've built together. More importantly, we're grateful for the people who made it possible.

Thank you for being part of our story these past 32 years. Here's to what's next. ❤️
