Portland, we are doing something completely completely crazy. For three nights only, I’m taking over The Geek Easy Anime Cafe to bring you an exclusive 8-Course Miyazaki A5 Wagyu Tasting Menu! 🥢✨

We’re taking the world’s most luxurious beef and premium fresh seafood and serving it up in the fun, laid-back anime vibe you already love. No stuffy dress codes, no pretension—just an intimate, front-row Chef’s Table experience where I’ll be cooking and plating everything table-side.

Road trip for the ramen! 🚗💨 Every couple of months, I head up to BC to restock GeekEasy with the best teas, snacks, and authentic dried goods I can find.

The real VIP of this haul? The dried abalone. These little guys are the secret umami bombs behind our ramen broth. 🍜 Come by the cafe this week and taste the difference!

Uncle Roger said egg fried rice only needs three ingredients. He never specified which egg. 🥚🦖 I dropped $90 on a literal ostrich egg, fought for my life with a power drill, and had to call in my dad (the ultimate Wok Master) to save the day.
Spoiler alert: It tastes exactly like normal egg fried rice. Financially devastating, but at least the wok hei was impeccable. 😂🛠️🍚

Nice crust, gooey cheese, rich marinara sauce, and loaded with sausage and pepperoni — basically exactly how I think a pizza should be.
