I was feeling a bit nostalgic so I googled myself and came across this 🤔?...I never had Resy...

I got the opportunity to watch and taste demo at a the NW Food Show in 2018. I met them for the first time when they signed my book. I told them, "I hope one day I get the opportunity to feed you two." They asked where my restaurant was located. I said, "I don't have one yet but I hope to one day."

Finding this touched me here 👉💗 I never really worked up the courage to tell them this in person but it was truly an honor to have chefs that I admire enjoy my little taste of home.

We found a great opportunity for our cart so unfortunately we have to give up our spot . If you or anyone you know is looking for a great pod, let us know. Great pod management, location, neighbors, and tasty lunch options. Plus it's close to Restaurant Depot/Chef Store for a quick shop! We would've loved to stay but couldn't pass up this opportunity.
