Nice Time PDX is looking for a full-time cook and part-time prep cooks to join our team.

We’re looking for dependable, hardworking people with positive energy, a willingness to learn, and a professional attitude. Ideal candidates are coachable, follow systems well, work clean, and take pride in what they do.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants hands-on kitchen experience and may hope to run a food cart or food business in the future💙🤗

We shared so many NICE TIMES this week.Thank you for being part of it.

This was our very first time participating in a Portland food event, and so many things were new for us, planning the menu, preparing behind the scenes, and pushing ourselves in new ways. It was a busy, whirlwind week, but we truly enjoyed every moment.

We were so happy to share NICE TIME with our regular guests who always enjoy our pasta, and with those visiting us for the first time. Seeing familiar faces and meeting new neighbors made this week incredibly special.

To Everyone who kindly shared beautiful reels and posts about us, thank you. We’ve watched them more times than we can count. Your support means so much…♡

And to everyone who left warm reviews and thoughtful comments, we read each one at the end of our days. It may take us a little time to reply after such a busy week, but please know how deeply we appreciate your words.

To our fellow participants, including our neighbor , and to for always welcoming us so warmly, thank you.

Nice Time PDX opened in November, and we’re still a small husband-and-wife team with a little crew behind us. We’ll continue working hard so we can share even more Nice Dishes with you.

We can’t wait to share what’s next. Thank you all again💙

Seeing so many of you come out, wait patiently, and support our small team meant more than we can say. We’re truly grateful for the energy and kindness you brought to our cart this week.

We’ll be closed Sunday to take the time to prepare carefully as we return to our full pasta menu on Wednesday.

Starting tomorrow, we are excited to be part of Portland DUMPLING WEEK and we’re updating our menu to four different dishes for you to enjoy.

We’re also so happy to be participating alongside our friends at here at the Steeplejack Union pods. We love being part of this community and can’t wait to help bring even more energy to Portland together.

Thank you so much for the love you show us every day. Seeing so many of you enjoying our pasta is truly the highlight of our work, and we are so grateful for your support and warm comments.

Hi Portland, we’re Nice Time PDX 👋

We came here from Korea and just opened this fresh pasta cart at Foster Food Carts in SE Portland.

In this tiny kitchen we make all of our noodles and sauces from scratch — fresh pasta with a NICE bite and homemade sauce on top.

Our neighbors have been so warm and welcoming, and it means a lot that more and more of you are starting to find us.
