Happy Monday Y’all!!

Our Monday Maker Spotlight is shining on 7LittleLoaves today ✨ Audrey makes all the sourdough bread, bagels and pizza crust that we love at the Market.

We asked Audrey to tell us a little more about her and all the wonderful sourdough products we all love 🤎

1. Who are you and what do you do?

✨My name is Audrey Freeman & I am the owner/operator of 7 Little Loaves Sourdough. I run it from my home in West Union, OH.

2. We love your business name! Is there a special story or inspiration behind the name of your business?

✨Yes, it is named in honor of my 7 children. Their ages range for 24-4. We have 4 girls & 3 boys. They are a blessing & a joy. We have 4 still living at home.

3. What is your favorite part about sharing your bread with your local customers?

✨I learned to make sourdough bread several years ago for my daughter that was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Our lives changed pretty quickly & learning to read labels & prepare real food was what we needed to do to keep her healthy & thriving.
I now bake for several customers that also struggle with autoimmune diseases & can tolerate cold fermented sourdough well. It’s a good feeling knowing that you can help in some small way.

4. Aside from the classic butter smear, what is your absolute favorite meal or topping to pair with one of your loaves?

✨My favorite topping is toasted sourdough with cream cheese & hot pepper jelly. It’s something my daughters & I enjoy during the holidays.

5. Tell us a Fun Fact about you.

🧶 I love all the granny hobbies. Good books, crochet, flower gardening, I love it all!
