The summer menu is here. Four new drinks at the cafe worth showing up for.

orange cardamom cold brew - our already delicious cold brew enhanced with a citrus zest and herbal spices. this delightfully sophisticated version will have you wanting to drink one after another.

lemon caramel latte - a balance of rich, buttery caramel with fresh citrus. Served with a small pound cake on the side to tie it all together.

chamomile spritz mocktail - floral chamomile met with an earthy tea undertone. this drink is crisp, soothing and topped with a lemon garnish.

blueberry mint matcha - a fusion of umami and berry that is simply vibrant and refreshing. this herbaceous and sweet drink is perfect for welcoming the summer days.

Summer Lovin’ launch party in the books. Thanks to everyone who came out and hung with us. sydney dale set the tone, Robby French kept it going, Gianna Andrews painted live, and the tie-dye station did not disappoint. This one was special. See you at the next one.

The LELIT MaraX3 launches in the US on July 1st. Did we steal one so we could test it out early? We’ll never say... but we’ve had this model on bar here at the roastery for a few months. This beautiful machine is pleasing to the eye and the touch. Pressure profiling capability allows for experimentation to reveal the variability and complexity of great coffees. And it makes a great cappuccino. If you’re in town, swing by the Coffee Lab to check it out in person.
