One bite of Alaskan Red King Crab and I understood why it’s world-famous. 🦀🇺🇸

Today we had the incredible Red King Crab at Alaska Fish Co. in Skagway, and it was absolutely unforgettable. Sweet, rich, buttery, and so fresh that it practically melted in your mouth. Every bite reminded us why Alaska is known for some of the finest seafood on the planet.

As people who love creating memorable dining experiences through Wenzel’s Signature Catering, I can’t help but appreciate the quality, simplicity, and respect they give such an amazing ingredient. Sometimes the best meals don’t need anything fancy—just incredibly fresh seafood prepared perfectly.

If your travels ever bring you to Skagway, do yourself a favor and order the Red King Crab. It’s one of those meals you’ll be talking about long after your vacation ends.
