Coconut macarons filled with silky, chocolate ganache = "Mounds" inspired cookies. Really, nothing more to say!

And I'm not saying I've mastered these finicky little cookies, but I did Thursday! 100 macarons, 4 flavors, perfect!!

I've delivered several wedding cakes to this party boat and it's a long walk and wedding cakes are heavy. It was a stroke of genius to use my little wagon for transport!

This is the second Lego-inspired cake I've made in a week. Bride and groom provided the heart Lego toppers.
