Dear Friends,

It is not an understatement to say we were completely overwhelmed by the sheer number of patrons who wanted to make Coyote Flaco part of their Cinco de Mayo. We did our best to keep up, but we reached a point where it became to difficult to handle the sheer number of takeout and delivery orders. If you had to wait, found it difficult to get through to us, or discovered that we were no longer taking orders, we are very sorry. A family business like ours was not built around this volume of takeout, so we are in some uncharted waters. That being said, not every day is Cinco de Mayo and, if you were disappointed, we hope that you will give us a chance to make it up to you. We value our customers and our community, so please know we will strive to meet your needs every day.
