We heard there was a bear on the Northside of Poughkeepsie today… rumor has it, the bear was looking for a Smith Street hot dog!! We hope it’s doing okay 🐻🌭

And we hope all of our customers and friends are doing well and staying safe, we miss you all and are still thankful to have served as such a staple for so long!

Today marked “THE END OF AN ERA” on Smith Street.

60 years flew by but the memories made and relationships built will last forever.

The love and support from all of our customers has been so overwhelmingly amazing throughout the years. Thank you doesn’t begin to express how grateful we are for each and every one of you — it’s because of you we carried on our family legacy at SMITH STREET HOT DOGS.

And a big thank you to everyone who waited patiently to be served one last time.
