I'll be honest. Not every cake goes as planned. There are nuances and details that sometimes get overlooked in a complicated design. This new AI trend can be daunting. My amazing customer spotted the difference and allowed me time to adjust the design. I didn't get photos of the changes but they were happy! Love to celebrate the grads, learning to embrace the newest path of technology vs. decorator.

Wow what a weekend!! Celebrating the 4th like we were camping for 3 days was not what we anticipated.
Crazy Tornado wiped out trees all around us. Thank God we were all safe. We got our work done and out to customers. It's Thursday and feels like we're just getting started! thanks to all the cleanup crews! Central Hudson got us back on line!
