Our brand new Scrabble-inspired tees pay a little nod to the history of the Poultney Pub in all its wonderful forms. This design connects the dots between all the different names and eras this establishment has seen under various owners over the years. It’s our tribute to the evolution of this space!

Huge congratulations to Alexis on graduating from Poultney High School today!

Alexis has been a key part of the Poultney Pub family for nearly three years now. When she first started with us she was just beginning her high school culinary arts tech program at Stafford, and we have loved watching her grow and excel over the years.

To say she is incredibly hard-working is an understatement. Her drive, effort, and unmatched work ethic is admirable. Above all, Alexis is incredibly kind and true team player.

Alexis, we have absolutely no doubt that you will be successful in whatever path you choose next. Thank you for your dedication to our team and our town. We are so incredibly proud of you!
