We said NO MORE NEW FLAVORS. 😅
Our menu was finished. Decisions were made. Self-control was being exercised. Then I made a Blueberry Cobbler. One bite later... our "no new flavors" policy lasted about 7 seconds. 😂🫐
So, meet the newest addition to the Sunshine Shack menu: 💜 Wild Blueberry 💜

It's sweet, creamy, nostalgic, and tastes like somebody's grandma just pulled a warm blueberry cobbler out of the oven... only somehow it's ICE COLD. 🤯
We honestly didn't expect to fall this hard for it. We have a feeling this one is about to become a fan favorite. ☀️💜

This is the Sunshine Mission. ☀️

When we started Sunshine Shack, I did a lot of asking God, "Why? What's the purpose?" 🙏The only answer I felt wasn't a grand plan or a big sign. It was a memory.
I was back in Sunday school with my very first teacher, Miss Alice, singing "This Little Light of Mine." I can still see her wagging her finger at us and saying, "You BETTER let it shine!" That memory has stayed with me ever since.
This week, because of the tips our customers have so generously left, we were able to help fill the shelves at our local food pantry. That's not because of us, it's because of a community that chooses kindness over and over again.
Sunshine Shack has never just been about shaved ice. It's about creating opportunities to love our neighbors, spread joy, and let our little light shine in whatever ways we can.
Thank you for supporting this little dream. Every bowl you buy, every tip you leave, and every encouraging word helps us share a little more sunshine with our community. So from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
Let's keep letting our little light shine. ☀️💛

🇺🇸 We hope everyone had an AMAZING time at the fireworks last night... because WOW, Prairie Grove really put on a show! 🎆👏
We by far beat our record of most sold! Now it's time to kick back, enjoy the holiday, and maybe eat a hot dog or three. 🌭😎
From our Sunshine Shack family to yours, we wish you a safe and happy 4th of July! ❤️🤍💙We hope your day is filled with family, friends, fireworks, and plenty of red, white, and blue fun! Thank you for making this season so incredible! We're so grateful for this wonderful community.
