🥪 The G-Daddy Country Club 🏛️

Some sandwiches are made. This one was inspired by a builder.

My Grandaddy, J.P. Willis of Willis & Reed, was an architect who helped design buildings throughout Arkansas. He spent his spare time on the golf course at the Country Club in Pine Bluff, where he would often take me for club sandwiches.

As a kid, I never thought much about it. Looking back now, I realize those lunches were about more than food—they were about time together.

A club sandwich is a lot like architecture. Every layer matters. It takes balance, structure, and craftsmanship to build something that lasts.

So in honor of my Grandaddy, we've created the G-Daddy Country Club—a towering stack of ham, turkey, bacon, fresh lettuce, tomato, Duke's mayo, and toasted bread.

Built with care.
Built to satisfy.
Built in memory of a man who spent his life designing things meant to stand the test of time.
