We're looking for a creative, detail-loving Decorator Specialist to help bring our custom cakes, gourmet cupcakes, cookies, and specialty treats to life. This role blends artistry, baking support, customer service, and teamwork in a Mission-Driven, fun bakery environment, where we believe in the abilities in everyone!

What You'll Do:
🧁 Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and specialty desserts
🎨 Create seasonal and custom designs that wow our customers
🍰 Assist with bakery production and kitchen operations
☕ Help serve customers and support front-end café operations
✨ Maintain quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards

What We're Looking For:
✔ Creative flair and decorating skills
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
