Hi there! How’s everyone doing?!

Here are some of my yummy go-to snacks that help me stay on track! Give them a try 😊

-Nuts (almonds & dark chocolate combo is my fave)
-Frozen dark chocolate covered bananas 🥰
-Greek yogurt, berries, honey or agave
-Fruits & Dried Fruits (raspberries, mango are my faves)
-Almond butter & honey toast
-Avocado toast
-cucumber and Lebna or cream cheese w/ everything but the bagel seasoning
-Hummus with veggies
-Overnight oats
-Kefir
-Boiled eggs with pepper,salt, olive oil
-Edamame
-Roasted chickpeas
-Granola
-AND of course PROTEIN BALLS!

These tasty snacks are filled with nutrients especially protein to fit my lifestyle. Key is to find something something yummy and convenient for you & your lifestyle! Also switch it up… every now and then!
