🎉 A very special congratulations to our sweet Laney! 🎓💅

Today, we’re celebrating a huge milestone as Laney graduates from nail school!

Many of you know Laney from Jo Mama’s Bakery, where she’s been a smiling face and a hard worker for the past few years. We’ve had the privilege of watching her grow, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything she’s accomplished. Including having to help bake to keep up with everyone’s coffee cake needs (even though she swore she couldn’t) and has done an amazing job!

Laney has such a creative eye and an artistic talent that shines in everything she does, and we’re so excited to see her begin this new chapter doing what she loves. We know she’s going to create beautiful work and make so many clients feel confident and cared for.

Laney, thank you for all you do for our bakery and for being such an important part of our family. We love you, we’re incredibly proud of you, and we can’t wait to watch you succeed.

I spy with my little eye… 💜

The huckleberries are finally starting to show up here in North Idaho! I spent a little time picking this week, and it has me inspired for the bakery.

This weekend we’ll be kicking off huckleberry season with some special huckleberry pastries and treats while they last. 🫐✨

As I was wrapping and labeling baked goods for our wholesale deliveries today, I found myself feeling incredibly grateful.

Even though Jo Mama’s Bakery is only open Friday through Sunday, our goodies are still making their way out into the community all week long. You can find our baked goods at several wonderful local coffee stands and shops from Blanchard to Priest River, Priest Lake, Deer Park, and even Spokane.

These partnerships mean more to me than I can put into words. During this season, being able to continue baking and supplying other small businesses has been such a blessing for our family and for the bakery.

Thank you to every coffee stand and shop that carries our products, and thank you to everyone who picks up a muffin, slice of coffee cake, scone, or banana bread while they’re out getting their coffee. Your support keeps this little bakery going, and I truly appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

We’ll be here Friday through Sunday, and during the week you can still find a little piece of Jo Mama’s Bakery all around the area.

I’ve been busy in the kitchen, and the Strawberry fields, making another fresh batch of our homemade jam!

I’ve spent some time out in the berry patches, hand-picking local berries and turning them into fresh, small-batch homemade jam right here in our kitchen.

Wow… you all absolutely blew us away yesterday! ❤️

Thank you so much for the incredible support. You almost completely sold us out, and I couldn’t be more grateful! I’m back in the kitchen bright and early this morning baking and restocking the case so we have plenty of fresh goodies ready for today.

Just a reminder that we’ll be open 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM today so our team can spend the afternoon celebrating Father’s Day with our families.
