MORE THAN 500,000 DISHES SERVED.
Itās a number that means a great deal to us.
But it isnāt what makes us proudest.
Because behind every dish, there has always been a person.
A customer who came for the first timeāand came back.
A family that made us part of its traditions.
A friend who brought another friend.
A birthday, an anniversary, a celebration.
A familiar face walking through our doors once again.
That is what built Local Greek.
What matters most to us isnāt how many dishes we serveāitās the relationships, memories, and trust created around our tables.
You gave a small restaurant in Princeton the chance to become something far greater than we could ever have imagined.
You didnāt simply support our restaurant.
You became part of its story.
That is why today, we arenāt celebrating a number.
We are celebrating you.
To every person who has sat at one of our tables, recommended us to a friend, brought their family, celebrated a special moment with us, or simply returned for another meal:
Thank you for choosing us.
Thank you for believing in us.
Thank you for making Local Greek what it is today.
After all these years, one thing has never changed:
Our gratitude for every person who walks through our doors.
You are the reason we are here.
And for that, from all of us at Local Greekāthank you. š¬š·ā¤ļø
