Yummy salad from last night's gig in Philly. This is my "all green" salad: arugula, baby kale, shaved brussel sprouts and endive. Dijon vinaigrette, toasted pistachios, poached quail egg and creamy herbed goat cheese garnish. I did not get a pic of the main or dessert as we were pretty busy. Dinner was seared halibut with beurre rouge, white and wild rice pilaf, eggplant and red onion confit. Dessert was roasted pears with vanilla ice cream with olive oil, sea salt and candied thyme with chocolate truffles. Guests were wowed and Wendy and I were happy!
