Hey your preorders in for thanksgiving. I will be smoking turkey breasts the Saturday before thanksgiving. You can buy them for $60 for a while breast or $20 per pound sliced. This has become one of my favorite cooks. It is so good and juicy. As always they will be vacuum seald for easy Reheating. If you want any sides let me know what. Michele may be able to put something together if enough people are interested.

I’m cooking again this weekend. Bbq pulled pork this time. $15 dollars per pound. With or without sauce. Michele is cooking Mac and cheese and cole slaw to go with it. Let me know who wants some.

Taking orders for my next cook on Oct 12th. It will be st. Louis style ribs with baked beans and cheesy corn for sides. Sold as half slabs. $12.50 for half slab and $5 for pint and $8 for quart on the sides. I can only cook 12 slabs. So get your order in early I will sell out.

I’m telling y’all this smoked turkey has become one of my favorite cooks. Learned a lot including losing 1/3 of the weight during the cook but it came out Awsome and juicy with just a bit of spice on the rub. Sold all three breast I cooked so Watch for me to cook it again.
