Critically acclaimed Chef, Michael Ceraldi creates a seven course nightly dinner menu, crafted from the seasons’ finest freshest locally sourced and foraged ingredients. The open kitchen and al fresco dining allow for a convivial, relaxed atmosphere, where all diners enjoy sitting at the “Chef’s Table”. The menu changes each night and can cater to diners with allergies or specific dietary preferences (vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, flexitarian etc).

Thank you for joining us last night for another phenomenal wine dinner. “Ca ’del Bosco stands for listening to Nature, for giving it a chance to express itself in every form with the help of man, who acts as the custodian of an extraordinary legacy – using the land without using it up. The Ca’ del Bosco Method results in products that find their identity only through an investment in the land that yields them, leading naturally to the adoption of organic viticulture.
And so it is Nature that decides. Ca’ del Bosco only helps it along, because our wine is already in the vineyards, just like Michelangelo’s David was already in the block of Carrara marble. We congratulate Jesse Ceraldi, artist & scholar on her amazing achievement of Masters Degree in Liberal Arts from Harvard University, with a concentration in social justice and a capstone project focusing on how to fill the gaps in food insecurity, access and agency in our beloved Provincetown. We are in awe of your scholastic excellence 4.0. You are an inspiration to your family and all who have the honor and opportunity to know you. You light up any room. We have never and will never use huge national/global companies such as SY$CO, GORDON$ or U$ FOOD$. The money spent at our restaurant is in turn invested back in these community providers. We are honored to once again present an evening with Ca’ Del Bosco.
Ca’ del Bosco, a pioneering vintner and winemaker since the early 1970s, is one of today’s leading producers of Franciacorta wines. A standing reached thanks to enthusiasm, passion, experimentation, and hard work – started by Maurizio Zanella and continued with the entry of the Marzotto family in 1994 - which transformed a cottage surrounded by chestnut woods into one of the most modern and advanced wineries with over 280 hectares of vineyards.

Here we have had Ca’ Del Bosco Franciacorta Cuvée Prestige on the menu since our inception as a pop up in Provincetown 14 years back.

*ON May 30th* Join Chef Michael Ceraldi and share and evening with Maurizio Zanella, as they explore cellar selections of Ca’ del Bosco’s still reserve wines and their famous sparkling Franciacorta, beautifully paired alongside CERALDi’s vernal seven courses in time and place. A culmination of the season’s finest ingredients our local independent family farms are harvesting. Seating for this event is extremely limited so book now. Salute!

Although is closed until Spring you can share a meal full of community love this Valentine’s Day Chef Ceraldi returns for another spectacular evening of food, wine and love! Get your tickets asap for Ceraldi’s Valentine’s Dinner on February 14th, 6:30-9:30pm.
