Dear Valued Customers and Patrons,

Thank you for all your love and support of Sam Hawk these past twenty years. Sadly, we have decided to close the restaurant.

We temporarily closed Sam Hawk due to the COVID-19. As we were getting ready to reopen, we realized the owners' underlying health conditions would be exacerbated by COVID.

Though we are sad to no longer serve you, we are delighted to have Ramen Haus take over our space. Ramen Haus is expected to open on February 28th. Please come by to give them a try!

Thank you so much for being patrons of our business, spreading the word for us, and continually coming back over the years. We also want to thank all of the waitstaff and vendors that helped us operate our business. We could not have done it without the help of the community around us. We are sincerely grateful for all the fond memories you have given us and we will miss seeing you and serving you.

For those who have outstanding Sam Hawk issued gift cards, please consider these options:

1) Please reach out to us via email ([email protected]) with an image of the gift card and a mailing address. We will gladly reimburse you for the same amount.

2) Ramen Haus would love to have you use the gift card when they open their restaurant in Provo. Please bring the gift card to Ramen Haus to enjoy their dishes starting February 28th, 2022.

3) Please bring the gift card to Ramen Haus in Provo before April 30, 2022 and they will reimburse you for the same amount.

We sincerely apologize for our customers waiting for us to reopen.
Given the current situation with COVID-19, Sam Hawk is still closed. We want to make an effort in navigating uncertain times and protecting our customers and employees.

Thank you so much for your patience while we worked with many wonderful people to relocate our business.

Sam Hawk is officially open at our new location: 684 N Freedom Blvd. (North end of the same strip mall as before).

We really appreciate all of you for waiting and hope to see you soon at our new location!
