Happy Monday, Folks!

It's been a busy weekend, and it feels good to settle into a slower pace for a couple of days. We are always thinking about our food quality, and want to try to take one day a week to show you some behind the scenes...An explanation of the items that make up our menu.

Just about every item on our menu is something that I've made at home for years. I've had to do a bunch of "figuring out" on the quantities for recipes that used to be just measured with your heart. But we did figure out the recipes, which we replicate daily, so that we serve a consistent reliable finished product.

Today's focus is our Cajun Cream Sauce. This is a sauce that I used to serve over pasta with grilled chicken. Today we serve it on our Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Tater topped with Parmesan Cheese. Did you know that you can do a little mixing and matching of your own? You can always order a side of our CAJUN CREAM SAUCE to go with another tater or just to dip your TATER WEDGES (I just made that up... sounds amazing! )

At Tater Town, we believe good food starts with quality ingredients, homemade recipes, and taking the time to do things right. From our scratch-made favorites to the care we put into every loaded tater, soup, and meal, we're proud to serve food we've been happy to put on our own family table.

It's never about cutting corners—it's about serving honest, comforting food that's made with care every single day.
