The time has finally come, let the interior construction begin!! After 18 months, we officially have a water tight perimeter and the interior build out is in the works. We’ll keep the updates coming as they happen.

After facing several setbacks, from mold to hurricanes, Leroy’s Fish Shack is now on track to open by the spring, bringing fresh catch and local flavor to Fishermen's Village.

Good afternoon Fish shack friends. A lot of you have been enquiring on an opening day. I wish I could give you those answers but as of now we are still at the mercy of the contractor doing the work for Fisherman’s village. He has been working very hard at finishing his work so we can start building the interior of the restaurant. He ran into a delay with a window that had to be ordered which is setting him back 6-8 weeks. We were hoping to be able to start our work in a couple weeks, unfortunately that’s not going to be the case. As soon as I have more information I will share it with you. We are still opening it’s just taking much much longer than we intended.

After a few hurdles we have finally been able to start the rebuild process. Initially we didn’t plan on completely gutting the place but with the issues we ran into we decided to just take down to the perimeter walls and start over. We will be meeting with engineers and design team on Wednesday. Finally we are moving forward and getting started on what we planned on doing 4 months ago.

Good morning folks. As many of you know, we ran into a few speed bumps with the property. It looks like we should have our negotiations finalized very soon so we can get back to work. We will keep you updated as progress moves along. In the meantime I do have some new fish shack hats available. I only printed 20 of each color so once they’re gone they’re gone.
