It all started in 2011 with three friends, a couple of margaritas (thank you, Mojito Bay), and an idea that would change our lives.

Fifteen years later, we’re celebrating everything that grew from that conversation.

To our incredible community, thank you for believing in us through every chapter. You’ve celebrated with us during the good times and stood by us through the hard ones, from COVID to floods and everything in between. Your loyalty, encouragement, and support have allowed a simple idea to become something far bigger than we ever imagined.

To our amazing staff, past and present, thank you for your hard work, your heart, and the pride you bring to The Forge every day. This place has never just been about the three of us. It’s been built by every person who’s put on an apron, served a guest, washed a dish, cooked a meal, or simply cared as much as we do.

From an idea in 2011 to 15 unforgettable years of memories, thank you for being part of our story.

🎉 Tomorrow, The Forge turns 15!

To celebrate where it all started, we’re throwing a birthday party all day long!

🍹 $5 Margaritas (tomorrow only)
🎂 Our Birthday Crêpe filled with Funfetti cake, vanilla bean cream, and served with ice cream, available all weekend.

Fifteen years ago, three friends were sitting at Mojito Bay after a few margaritas and somehow decided opening a restaurant on an island sounded like a great idea.

We’re older and our backs hurt, but somehow we’re still here, doing what we love.

Swipe through a few memories from the last 15 years, including our very first day, the first dollar we ever made from our little crêpe cart... and our infamous Christmas photo. We had just gotten into one of our biggest arguments right before that picture, smiled anyway, and accidentally created the most awkward family photo in Forge history. Fifteen years later and it still makes us laugh!

Thank you for making The Forge part of your lives for the past 15 years. Whether you’ve been with us since day one or just found us this summer, we’re grateful you’re part of our story.

Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️
