Philly This can only be purchased at Farmers Markets, Local Fairs, Festivals and Events. Philly This! offers unique, high-quality product to our customers. We operate with the philosophy that using fresh, local ingredients and preparing them with care create an experience that few others can provide. Our sandwiches are made with thinly-sliced rib-eye beef, smoked provolone cheese, carmalized onions, fresh mushrooms and crisp, sweet red bell peppers. Once you try one, it is hard to not tell everyone you know that it was the best philly-style cheese steak sandwich you have ever eaten
