I came across this quote today and it felt like God was speaking straight to me:

“If God is making you wait, do what waiters do — serve.”

Right now, Backyard Brews is in a season of waiting. I pray over this business every single day, asking God to guide the next steps — not in my timing, but in His. I don’t want to move ahead of Him or rush something that He is still building. I want this journey, this business, and every decision made to be covered in prayer and aligned with His will.

So while things may seem paused from the outside, just know things are growing behind the scenes. God is working even when we can’t see it yet. I’m waiting, I’m listening, and I’m serving through the process — trusting that when He opens the next door, it will be the right one.

Thank you for being patient with me in this season. Thank you for supporting, praying, and believing alongside me. God’s timing is perfect — and when He says “go,” I pray we all get to witness something beautiful unfold. 🤍

📢 Important Backyard Brews Update

Backyard Brews has made the decision to remain temporarily closed until we officially reopen at our new storefront. This wasn’t an easy choice, but it’s the best one to make sure everything is done safely, legally, and with the quality our customers deserve.

Right now, we are focusing all our time and energy on completing the final steps—setting up equipment, finishing the inside of the shop, and waiting on the required inspections and approvals. We want everything to be perfect and welcoming the moment you step inside. 💛

This new location will allow us to offer more drink options, a cozy space to grab your favorites, and a better overall experience for everyone who has supported us from day one. As we build out this new space, we would love your input:

New drinks? More food options? Seating areas? A small kids’ nook? Fun merch? We want to hear your ideas!

Hey y’all! I wanted to give a quick update — our coffee beans didn’t come in on time this morning, so we won’t be able to open today. They should arrive later today, and we’ll be back to our regular hours tomorrow! ☕️💛

I’m so sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you all so much for your patience and support as we navigate this temporary schedule and finish getting everything squared away at our new location. Big things are coming, and we appreciate every single one of you! 🤍✨

Backyard Brews will be closed today — but for the best reason ever… WE’RE MOVING!! 🎉☕️

That’s right, we’re getting our very own storefront with indoor seating, more space, and so many exciting new things coming your way! 🪴✨

We have so much to do and so little time to do it, so please bear with us as our hours may change a little during this transition.
