Arroz Negro: A paella cooked in squid ink to get that bold color, topped with octopus, calamari and lemon alioli.

Costillas Wagyu: Wagyu short ribs that just melt in your mouth, with faba bean puree as a perfect pairing and topped with pickled ramps.

Pincho De MAGRET DE PATO: Before duck season is coming to an end we have decided to give it a warm farewell with our duck breast pincho with caramelized shallots in Pedro Ximenez Vinegar. What a combo.
