Happy Friday everyone!
We wanted to hop on here and sincerely apologize to any customers who stopped in today + experienced complications with their orders. Unfortunately, we were experiencing many technical difficulties with our computer system which led to our online orders being completely incorrect when they came through on our end. Once we realized this was happening to our online orders, we did everything we could to not only stay open + work through these technical difficulties, but to make all incorrect orders right.
We had no control over the situation and we know most of you understand that things happen, but for those who left upset with us today, we really wanted to say how truly sorry we are for any and all inconveniences. At the end of the day, food can always be fixed and we try our absolute best to make everything better for our customers in these situations. We can’t help when technology fails us, and our staff tries very hard to make everything right, on our end and for you guys. We ask that everyone understands that these things are beyond our control. Thank you all for understanding and supporting us even on bad days!!!
