Buffalo Cauliflower is on special this week, and once again cauliflower is trying very hard to convince everyone it’s the most interesting thing on the menu.

Fried battered cauliflower tossed in buffalo sauce and served with your choice of blue cheese or ranch.

Crispy, spicy, and just enough heat to keep things interesting.

If you’ve never tried buffalo cauliflower before, this might be the week to find out what all the fuss is about.

The BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza is making a strong case for ordering pizza tonight.

Built on a BBQ sauce base and topped with North Carolina smoked pulled pork, pickled red onions, mozzarella, and Monterey Jack cheese.

It’s smoky, tangy, cheesy, and somehow manages to disappear from tables much faster than logic would suggest.

The good news? We know how to make another one.

The bad news? You still have to decide whether you’re sharing it.

A seasoned burger topped with cheddar cheese, bacon, onion rings, and BBQ sauce on a toasted bun.

Some burgers are built for a quick lunch.

This is not one of those burgers.

🐷 BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich (smoked, sauced, and ready for business)
