Opened in April of 1981, The Quentin Haus Family Restaurant is known for it's Freshly Roasted Turkey, which can be made into a hot sandwich or dinner over filling, as well as the home-made pies and desserts. It's not uncommon to see the waitresses running around on a Saturday or Sunday morning and many people know them by name. This local favorite has become a staple in the Lebanon area and even t
