We love cooking. Yeah, we do. Not just syrups for shave ice, either. Throwing down some hearty Tuscan chicken and vegetable stew. Fall has officially arrived. And while we put the shave ice gear away for the season, we don't stop cooking up the good stuff. Yeeew! πŸ€™πŸΌ

Two crew favorites with our favorite camp this past Labor Day Weekend.

First up, our own Gorge-ous donkey. This is our take on the Moscow Mule, in shave ice form. Created specifically for the Gorge, with built-in electrolytes to help keep you hydrated.

The second, our あんこ (π΄π‘›π‘˜π‘œ) かき氷 (πΎπ‘Žπ‘˜π‘–π‘”π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘–), Matcha green tea shave ice w/ Azuki Beans and condensed coconut milk. Our attempt to bring a little slice of home to the middle of nowhere for our friends from Japan.

We are so incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve such wonderful people in this beautiful place with both creativity and intentionality.

Being the last stop of the tour and final show of our season, I had to share one final sunset shot of the season from the cliff edge.

The amount of positive energy and support of small businesses yesterday was incredible!

A massive thank you to everyone in the community that helped bring this to life and to every single individual who came out to see what the buzz was all about.

It was an absolute joy to work alongside my friends and meet so many new fellow small businesses friends. It truly was a beautiful day!

Here we go, fam! It's that time of year when the kitchen is firing and the bold and unique flavors pour forth. Super grateful for all you folks who choose our Shave Ice.

We work hard to bring the freshest whole food small batch and almost always organic flavors to you. Dragon Fruit Lemonade, Gorge-ous Donkey, Mangonada, and Pomegranate Punch are on the menu for our first event of the season.
