Every year, we take time for our EFB Summit. a chance to step away from the daily grind and learn from some of the best in the coffee industry.

This week we’re visiting Onyx Coffee Lab, in Rogers, AR recently ranked the #1 Coffee Shop in the World, to explore new ideas, techniques, and coffees that inspire what we do at Electric Fountain Brewing.

From menu concepts to coffee sourcing and hospitality, we’re always looking for ways to improve and bring fresh ideas back to EFB.

⚡️ Big weekend for the EFB Mobile Espresso Cart!

Last weekend we were serving handcrafted drinks at a wedding. This weekend on Friday we’re rolling into Carthage for a rehearsal dinner. Saturday, you can find us set up outside of our shop during the Downtown Quincy Makers Market serving a special menu featuring iced lattes, lemonade, Kind of Blue Cold Brew, and bags of fresh roasted coffee.

Meanwhile, our coffee shop at 534 Hampshire will be open all day with our full menu available inside.

⚡️ We’re staying open late this Friday for the Makers Market!
