Started as a food trailer in 2011, serving bloomin onions, fried pickles, fresh cut french fries, and chicken tenders. We have served at the Salem County Fair, Pennsville Septemberfest, Dover Days in Delaware, Woodstown Fall Festival, and many more places. Luke and his wife Bethanne have grown up in Salem County and have had EMS as a big part of their lives; from working at the Salem County 9-1-1

Center, Pennsville EMS, and volunteering with Elmer and Mannington Ambulances. They decided to name this new location something that represents them. EMS Café has a different acronym. Early Morning Start, after all, is the place where you want to get your day started. Thank you for visiting and we hope you enjoyed your visit.

We are out BBQing Ribs Chicken Pulled Pork and Brisket this weekend today Saturday and Sunday. We are here everyday until we sell out.

Also have hamburgers and Hot Dogs.

Still Missing!!!

Just seen a 3 year memory of our "OG" food trailer that we built from scratch in 2011. It held more then just value. It held memories, long hours and maintenance. She went through 3 major changes in 13 years.

Updates. Insurance is still fighting us on every little detail. Going on now for 6 months. We haven't recovered a dime or the trailer.

We are 1 month away form our season that she was really needed for us and we still don't have a means of replacing her.

If you have read this far we thank you. We are set up with our papa paddy wagon in Pennsville this weekend tonight 6 to 10 and Saturday 3pm to 8pm. Weather is now looking good for Saturday afternoon. Stop by and say hi.
