WINNSBORO! We’re officially opening the doors to our NEW drive-thru location with a Soft Opening beginning June 1st! ☕️⚡️

Since 2024 y’all have supported Honor Coffee Co. in ways we’ll never forget — and now we’re so excited to serve this community in a faster, bigger way while still keeping the same heart behind everything we do.

Update on Honor Coffee Co - Winnsboro

UPDATE ON HONOR COFFEE CO - WINNSBORO

Over the past several weeks, we’ve faced repeated challenges during our building and inspection process. Requirements have changed multiple times, items we were initially told were mandatory were later walked back after we asked for the actual code sections, and the process has become increasingly difficult to navigate.

We fully support reasonable safety standards and proper inspections. What we do not support is inconsistent enforcement or interpretations that appear to go beyond what the code actually states.

As small business owners, we’ve invested heavily into this community because we believe in growth, jobs, and creating spaces people enjoy. It’s discouraging when the process feels more focused on creating obstacles than helping local businesses succeed.

Moving forward, we will continue requesting all inspection issues in writing along with the exact code sections being referenced so there is transparency and accountability throughout the process.

We believe local government works best when it supports both public safety and responsible growth and we hope this situation leads to productive conversations about consistency, fairness, and how small businesses are treated in our community.

We appreciate everyone who has supported us and encouraged us through this process. We’re committed to continuing forward and hope to serve you sooner than later.
