If you haven’t already planned a visit to Ajja this weekend let us entice you…
The fatteh-esque has moved from our dip section over to market. Tahini yogurt, whole chickpeas, sumac onions, Fresno agrodulce, corn poha (yes, it is delicious)
The Lamb Seekh has made a return accompanied by maple spiced tehina, pomegranate molasses, mint and pistachios (again… you already know)
The Slow Roasted Shrimp got sexier as well. Still with that velvety XO sauce but now featuring roasted carrots, green peas, scallion butter (😛) taro chips, charred spring onions and tarragon
And finally… The Carrot Houriya. Ghee caramelized carrots, Urfa pepper, candied pinenuts, soft herbs (fing YUM)
