✨ An important flavor with a special story.

Apple Stack Cake originally debuted on our menu in 2024. After Hurricane Helene hit western NC, our team made “Appalachian Apple Stack Cake” as an additional Guest flavor for the dipping cabinet. 100% of the flavor proceeds, plus an additional contribution from Two Roosters, went toward disaster relief in the mountains- totaling $25,000.

We just made the flavor.. Yall showed up in a big way to support your NC neighbors in need. Thank you 💛

Apple Stack Cake is made with an apple butter base, chunks of molasses cake, and swirls of buttermilk frosting. It’ll be on the menu all month long!

Warning: sappy owner post alert. I have a bittersweet announcement today. After 5 years, 5 months, and 27 days, our beloved Ana Beth (AB) Brewer will be starting a new professional chapter in the legal field.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for her. As a college student, she was hired in 2021 to be a scooper at our Person Street shop and over the years had progressed up to be the Catering and Concessions Assistant Manager. For many years I have referred to her as our “all purpose” teammate as she has done a little bit of everything at Two Roosters.

There was a reason she won our “Be Responsible” golden scooper core value award last year. This was said about her and I couldn’t agree more:
“Those of us who get to work with this person are really the luckiest. We know that she holds us to a high standard and she models that too. She’s there when we need her, communicates effectively, is a great liaison between 2R & all of the different partners, and she’s just an all-around great leader. She’s the thread tying so many of us together, and I know that we wouldn’t enjoy our jobs as much or be successful in our work without her leadership.”

AB, you’re the best and I am going to miss you. You know you’ll always have a place at the dipping cabinet. -Jared

🎉 A new ice cream cake is here to stay! Introducing our Celebration Cake Ice Cream Cake- perfect for birthdays, parties, or random Wednesday gatherings!

This cake starts with a confetti cake base. Then we layer it with loads of our Celebration Cake ice cream, a flavor made with a vanilla base, chunks of homemade confetti cake, and a white buttercream swirl. All cakes are topped with sprinkles and buttercream frosting.

You can order your Celebration Cake Ice Cream Cake online or quickly purchase same-day in our Grab N Crow freezer, found in every Two Roosters shop! Excited to be part of your future celebrations! 🥳

✨ Two Roosters Holiday Bingo is BACK!!!

What to know: Bingo cards, featuring a variety of Two Roosters challenges, will be available on the serving counter at all shops starting Tuesday October 13th! Guests have two months to complete as many challenges as they’d like to earn prizes. Once you get Bingo, hold onto your card and turn it in between December 1-13 to redeem your prizes! (“Can we do more than one challenge per shop visit?” Yes!)
