Our mobile bistro offers an elevated dining experience wherever you are, serving freshly prepared, gourmet meals made from premium ingredients. Whether you're hosting a private gathering, corporate event, or enjoying a street-side experience, our mobile bistro delivers a unique and convenient way to savor delicious, made-to-order dishes. From artisan sandwiches to fine entrees, we provide a dynamic menu that caters to every palate, all with the warmth and atmosphere of a classic bistro. Our mobile bistro will feature a rotating menu each month to showcase the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.

We'll also be offering items from our bar cart, brasserie, and bistro boxes, bringing the best of Verdant Blends wherever we go.

Coconut Lime Margarita

2 oz Tequila Blanco (Olmeca Altos is our fav!)5 oz Cointreau (sub Triple Sec for less bite)5 oz Fresh Lime Juice (About 1/2 lime)
1 oz Cream of Coconut

Moisten rim with Lime Juice or Cream of Coconut
Garnish rim with toasted coconut flakes
Fill glass with Clear Ice
Vigorously shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain over garnish cocktail glass
Enjoy!

We are excited to announce that we are Dine-at-Home Dinners to our regular menu.

We will not just offer this service to our friends in Eagle Ridge but will offer it to all our friends within a 7-mile radius of our base.

All options will be prepared vegetarian with an option to add a protein. There are gluten-free accommodations upon request.

This week we will be offering Spinach Artichoke Gnocchi and Spiedie Style Chicken Breasts.
