We finally have a court date set for January 11th and have launched the petition to hopefully show the judge and jury that we still have support over two years later. If any of you can sign it or even pass it along to friends, family, and even co-workers that would be great. Thank you all for being so supportive during this entire process as I continue to try and re-open my restaurant.

Hey Everyone! Sorry it's been a while but not much to report as we are still in litigation with Los Tres and the other parties at fault. It looks like our trial will be sometime after January of 2014 but in the meantime we were thinking about launching a petition to show that even though we were a new restaurant we still had a strong supportive following. We hope that once it's ready you all can sign it and maybe forward it to some if not all of your friends that either have eaten here or just want to help show their support for small business owners. Thank you all in advance for any help you can offer us as we continue to battle on.

Sad to think it's been a year since we had to close our doors for a water leak. The hardest thing to deal with is knowing that my store is now Los Tres's new bar. To this day I still can not wrap my head around it I just hope my lawyers can help.

I really want to thank all of you for your support as I can't even explain how hard it has been these last 8 months. Driving by Fiasco's everyday knowing that for six months I was living my dream is a bittersweet feeling for me. I'm not sure how long this law suit will take but until it's over I have decided to stay with some family out in San Diego and explore other business ventures until I have the finances to reopen. It is also a great place to research new recipes and improve Fiasco's by dinning at competitors like Smashburger, The Counter, Burger 21, etc.

Yes, it’s true a water issue stemming from a walk-in cooler leak back on July 18th from our neighboring restaurant Los Tres Magueyes which experts claim should take a couple weeks to fix and has turned into a nine month long ordeal. Our Landlord, American Asset Corporation recently lead us to believe they would be willing to relocated Fiasco’s to a new location but once we agreed American Asset Corporation not only refused to help relocate us but they were now renting our space to Los Tres Magueyes and we were locked out of our store. All over a water issue that should have been fixed but instead was allowed to continue for months and months until it drove us out of business so they can now knock down the wall and take over our location.

Four months after we were forced to close there is still water seeping into Fiasco's. Any Property Management Company that allows this to happen to one of it's tenants should be shut down. Let alone my wonderful neighbors Los Tres who have yet to fix the problem and continue to operate.

I can't thank you all enough for the support you have shown but our fight is far from over. No matter what happens we will continue to fight as this may be the death of our location it will not be the death of Fiasco's. Fiasco's will rise again...Viva La Slider!!!

Well it seems Property Management has drawn a line in the sand, lets hope after the show airs later today (I think its around 5:30) it helps change their mind.
