Breakfast menu offers strawberry & cream toast, strawberry scone, strawberries on parfaits and muesli & smoothie bowls!

8th annual Sola Hot Mini 5K to END ALS 👟🏁 SEPTEMBER 12, 2026!!! Registration is officially open 😀

It’s ALS awareness month & officially 4 months away from race day so figured we should get it on the calendar! Join us, , & the Sola community in raising money for ALS research! And y’alllll, it’s a big year because we are hitting 1 MILLION DOLLARS raised by this community in just 8 years of fundraising!!!!!

We started doing an annual 5K back in 2013 and switched over to fundraising for Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis when Jeanne, cofounder of Sola, was diagnosed in 2018. This will be our 8th year raising money for ALS research and our 5th race day since we lost our dear Jeanne after a 3.5 year battle with ALS. As of now, there is no cure for ALS. “ALS is not an incurable disease. It is an underfunded one.” This is where we need your help! This community blew us away last year, raising $192,00 with over 1,175 runners that joined together to END ALS. So let’s run it back and continue to blow it out in Jeanne’s honor and all those we have lost or who have been affected by ALS!

This year’s will be held at the shop per usual Saturday, Sept. 12th @ 8:30am with the option to also join virtually for those near and far! Will you join us? Together we END ALS!
